2 mm single lined neoprene with a polar lining on chest and back, 70% M-Flex neoprene for stretch and comfort combined to crossover the necessities of flexibility and warmth. A long john gives you increased freedom of movement and is ideal to combine with the Neo Racing vest during cold days and/or the bipoly as base layer. This allows you to remove a layer as it becomes warmer during the day.
